Shipping and return policy

We do our best to ensure your purchase is sent to you as soon as we can and in perfect condition. Read this carefully!


  • An order and shipping confirmation will be sent for every transaction.

  • Your order will be fulfilled during business days (Monday to Friday).

  • No shipping fees will be refunded under any circumstance.

  • Unibroue will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your purchase.In that case, a claim must be filed directly with the courier service.


In Canada:

  • Canada Post will take approximately 2 to 9 business days for delivery.

To the U.S.:

  • Canada Post will take approximately 5 to 15 businessdays for delivery, depending customs/border clearing.

Unibroue and its handling partner are not responsible for any additional handling fees, customs fees, duties or taxes your shipment may incur upon delivery into your home country.

All prices quoted on our on-line store are in Canadian funds.


  • Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent (postmarked) within seven (7) days of the delivery confirmation date with the Return Form duly completed. To ask for a Return Form, please write to Make sure to also provide a copy of your Order Confirmation (received by e-mail).

  • A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made once we receive and verify the merchandise, return form and order confirmation.

  • The item must be sent back in the original condition in which it was shipped (unworn & unwashed). If we determine that the item has been worn, washed, or damaged, a refund will not be approved and the item will be returned at your shipping cost.

  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the courier service.

  • Make sure you fully insure your return package.

  • Notify us of any return by email at so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.

  • Shipping costs, handling fees, duties, insurance, or credit card fees are not refundable. These fees will not be added to the total amount of your refund.

  • Items on clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
